He's Still the Answer

There’s a quiet beneath the jangle

Of the lights and toys and bells;

A kind of waiting and a hoping

That within all mankind dwells.

On that first Christmas long ago

Angelic voices told

Of peace, goodwill to all mankind

That Jesus would unfold.

But in ignoring Jesus

Some have missed the answer clear

With open hands He offers

All we hold most dear.

Give up your life to Him and find

Peace He alone can give,

Joy that He promised long ago;

A brand new life to live.

Has He come into your life

That you can celebrate today?

If not, He still is waiting

To help you find your way.

We pray for His blessings to you

This Christmas.
